Atizan Origin works with print-on-demand partners. All products are made specifically for each order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

After review, we may offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We will investigate the issue and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products ordered in the wrong size
- Products ordered by mistake
- Change of mind purchases
- Personalized or custom-made products
